How do I use enzymes?

Nu-Zymes can be taken with every meal that consists of processed or cooked food. The average person takes between 2-6 capsules per meal, depending on body weight and meal size. For example:

A person weighing approximately 180 pounds who consumes a hamburger, fries and a soft drink may take between 2-3 capsules. A person weighing approximately 100 pounds who consumes the same meal may only need 1-2 capsules.

More complex meals, like turkey dinners, require more capsules because the food contains many different elements for the body to break down, such as fats, starches, proteins, sugars, fiber, etc. A simple meal like oatmeal may require fewer capsules because it is composed predominantly of fiber and starch and has fewer elements for the body to break down.

Nu-Zymes can be taken just before or during meals for help with stomach related symptoms like gas, heartburn, acid reflux, water retention, bloating, fatigue, etc. When you choose to take the capsules depends on your own metabolism and whether it is slow or fast.

Nu-Zymes can be taken between meals (2 capsules) and to assist with the symptoms of conditions like arthritis, high blood pressure, hypoglycemia, etc.

Nu-Zymes, when taken with other supplements (2 capsules), may help them to be digested more easily.

*The enzymes in this formula are used up in the digestive process. You will be able to adjust the amount of capsules needed once you begin to experience results, generally after one week.
